He started working as a professional at a very young age, and soon he made serving the clients a real art, also by helping them choosing the right wines. As soon as he joined the Bel Soggiorno team, he became one of the main restaurant pillar, with his accuracy and professonalism during the 30 years of work. “the Bel Sogiorno is a place that as a hold on you, with the beauty of its room and the terrace that faces on one of the most beautiful panoramic points of San Gimignano.
During his 25 years of experience he alrady worked for the Bel Sggorno, first as a cook’s assistant and then as Chef, this is the reason why he took the chance without hesitating: “To run this restaurant is my trial by fire. When I am in this kitchen I forget about everything else, smokes and scents mix in the air ang give every dish his uniqueness: it is the best job in the world”
